Westwood Marketing was established by Robert Witkow in January of 2003 as a provider of market intelligence and business development services to the flash memory industry and related parties. The company’s current offerings fall into the following categories:

  • Market Intelligence is a key component of our offerings, and is provided to the industry in the form of weekly Flash Metrics and Component Metrics pricing updates and analytical tools, monthly Flash Metrics Executive Report, and quarterly product and market updates.

  • Business Development Consulting is provided on a retained project basis. Our services allow companies to offload both strategic and tactical projects in order to accelerate their competitiveness and increase the likelihood of success.

  • Investor Services help investment banks, buy-side investors, private equity and mutual funds to better understand the flash memory landscape, market conditions and competitive pressures. Westwood Marketing helps these firms to make relevant connections, color their analyses, and make more informed investment decisions.

  • Expert Witness services are provided to plaintiffs and defendants in litigation related to the flash memory industry. Westwood’s expertise is in the areas of industry standards and practices relating to business relationships, product sales transactions, intellectual property licensing, royalties and valuation.

Since our founding, Westwood Marketing has provided data, analysis, and consulting services to semiconductor and flash memory developers and manufacturers, memory module manufacturers, removable storage brands, retailers, industry analysts and fund managers worldwide. We are constantly expanding our knowledge on emerging and evolving technologies such as flash memory applications for mobile telephones, media players, digital cameras, USB Flash Drives, Solid State Disks and other consumer electronic devices.
